This Registered Nurse position is based at our Plaza 1 location in Sioux Falls. You will be a vital part of a team providing professional nursing care to patients and families. Your day will involve a blend of clinical expertise and patient advocacy, ensuring excellent care through close collaboration with physicians and other healthcare team members.
In this role, you will perform general nursing care, administer prescribed medications, and coordinate patient care activities for the clinic. You will prepare equipment and assist providers during procedures, while also taking the lead on patient intake by screening for health history, taking vitals, and conducting nursing assessments. Beyond clinical duties, you will educate patients and families on diagnostic processes, medications, and wellness maintenance, while ensuring exam rooms are stocked and clean. You will also manage appointment scheduling to prioritize emergency situations and maintain the timely flow of patients.
