About the Role

As a Professional Registered Nurse on the Medical-Surgical Unit-I, you will provide quality nursing care in collaboration with the medical staff, operating within the guidelines of the New Jersey State Nurse Practice Act. Your role is to implement the Hospital's mission and goals through established policies, procedures, and performance improvement activities.

You will be responsible for the organization and administration of individualized, age-specific professional nursing care to patients within the assigned unit. A deep understanding of growth and development principles will be incorporated to assess each patient's specific needs and determine appropriate treatment modalities. This position operates on a full-time night shift schedule (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM).
