Avera McKennan Hospital's Hospital at Home program is transforming the way we deliver care by providing hospital-level services to patients with low to moderate acuity needs right in the comfort of their own homes. This initiative allows us to serve patients throughout the Sioux Falls region, typically for 1–2 days, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience.

As part of this innovative care team, you will redefine inpatient care alongside hospitalists, therapy, pharmacy, and advanced practice providers. Our high-satisfaction care model is so well-received that patients often ask their physicians to call us when they return to the hospital.
