As a Night Shift Resource Pool RN, you will play a critical role in maintaining continuity of care when patient volumes and acuity fluctuate. This position is ideal for adaptable nurses who thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy the variety of floating across multiple units. You will manage evolving patient needs with strong clinical judgment, collaborating effectively with physicians, charge nurses, and interdisciplinary teams to deliver safe, compassionate care.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to participate in therapeutic interventions and foster a spirit of clinical inquiry. You are expected to be a competent expert in at least two identified Resource Pool specialty groups, seamlessly transitioning between units to support teams where they are needed most. The role offers a 10% float differential in recognition of your versatility, along with applicable night shift differentials.
