Medical City Healthcare is dedicated to fostering a culture of compassion and excellence in patient care. Our Healthcare & Medical Services department serves as the backbone of our acute-care environment, where multidisciplinary teams work in unison to ensure the highest standards of safety and quality outcomes.
We are seeking compassionate new graduate nurses to join our Registered Nurse Residency program. This structured initiative is designed to support your transition from academic learning to confident, independent practice. In this role, you will deliver supervised, evidence-based patient care while collaborating closely with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
Your day-to-day will involve performing comprehensive patient assessments, administering medications, and documenting care accurately within our Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system. Beyond clinical duties, you will engage in continuous learning through classroom education, high-fidelity simulations, and precepted clinical shifts. These experiences are tailored to deepen your understanding of patient safety, infection control, and professional growth, ensuring you are well-equipped to respond to emergencies and assist with procedures as directed.
We understand that the journey from student to practicing nurse requires robust support. That is why we offer a comprehensive mentorship program, competitive pay, and a full suite of benefits including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, along with a 401k plan. Our goal is to nurture your development into a skilled professional who upholds ethical, compassionate, and culturally sensitive care for all patients and families.
Interested candidates should submit their application through our careers portal. Selected applicants will be invited to participate in an interview process designed to assess clinical knowledge, cultural fit, and alignment with our mission of patient-centered care.
