Key Responsibilities
- check_circleProvide care appropriate to the condition and age of the patient
- check_circlePerform timely and appropriate documentation relating to medical necessity
- check_circleAccurately perform patient assessments and identify patient needs
- check_circleComplete and revise the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient
- check_circleIdentify and initiate appropriate nursing interventions
- check_circlePerform timely and accurate quality improvement assessments
Requirements
- verifiedCurrent state RN license
- verifiedBasic Life Support certification
- verifiedACLS certification (required within six months of hire)
