Role Overview

Private duty nursing (PDN) enables medically fragile patients to receive high-quality, skilled nursing care within the comfort of their own homes, a setting that is highly preferred by patients and their families. Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) to fill positions in Berwick, ME (03901).

Key Responsibilities and Patient Care

As an RN in this private duty capacity, you will provide specialized medical care to patients requiring advanced nursing interventions. The role focuses on delivering skilled nursing services tailored to individual patient needs in a home environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Candidates must possess the following clinical skills and credentials:

• Registered Nurse (RN) license

• Proficiency in G-tube care

• Proficiency in Tracheostomy care

• Proficiency in Ventilator management

Schedule and Availability

We are currently hiring for both Full Time and Part Time positions. Shifts are available for both Days and Nights. Additional openings may be available upon request.

Compensation

The estimated pay range for this position is $33 to $38 per hour.
