As a Registered Nurse at Sanford Health, you will utilize the nursing process to provide individualized care to patients across all phases of the continuum, from preventative care and health maintenance to diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up. You will collaborate closely with inter-professional colleagues, including physicians, to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. Your practice will be grounded in the Sanford Professional Nursing Practice, adhering to the Scope and Standards of Practice and the Code of Ethics for Nurses as published by the American Nurses Association.
