As a Float Pool RN on the Night Shift team, you will provide exceptional care while supporting various departments throughout the hospital. This role is designed for those who are adaptable, clinically strong, and eager to expand their experience across diverse settings. You will deliver meaningful, patient-centered care in a respected healthcare system, gaining exposure to a wide range of patient populations and advanced clinical environments.
Your day-to-day involves applying the nursing process to deliver high-quality care across multiple units, including Behavioral Health, the Clinical Decision Unit, Intensive Care Unit (ICU), and Women's & Children's Services. You will collaborate closely with Unit Directors, Managers, and Charge Nurses to ensure quality outcomes, adapting quickly to changing patient needs and clinical environments.
