This role exists to bridge the gap between clinical excellence and technology-driven efficiency, ensuring that patients receive safe, high-quality care while improving the overall clinician experience nationwide.
You will be the backbone of patient support, assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care with a focus on evidence-based practices. Your day will involve collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate safe, efficient care, from comprehensive patient assessments to smooth transitions between care settings. You will utilize digital tools provided through Incredible Health's platform to enhance communication, scheduling, and care coordination, ensuring that technology serves the human element of healthcare.
Ideal candidates are mission-driven and adaptable, comfortable working with technology-driven tools that improve staffing and patient outcomes. You will educate patients and families on diagnoses, medications, and post-discharge care plans, while adhering to strict safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

Requirements
- verifiedActive Registered Nurse (RN) license in practicing state
- verifiedBachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- verifiedBasic Life Support (BLS) certification
- verifiedAdvanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred or obtained after hire
- verifiedExperience using Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems
Nice to Have
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN). Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification. Specialty nursing certification (e.g., CCRN, CEN, Med-Surg). Experience using Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems. Familiarity with digital health or telehealth platforms.
