About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team and provide direct nursing care to diverse patients in a primary care setting. This role exists to support our mission of delivering accessible, high-quality care to those who need it most. You will partner with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate holistic care, ensuring that every patient receives trauma-informed and culturally sensitive support.
In this position, you will be the face of our commitment to health equity. Your day will involve conducting comprehensive assessments, developing individualized care plans, and administering medications and treatments safely. Beyond clinical duties, you will play a vital role in educating patients and families on disease management and prevention, while accurately documenting care in our EHR systems to support quality metrics.
