As an experienced Registered Nurse, you will deliver compassionate, patient-centered care to adults with complex neurological conditions. This role is vital for ensuring rigorous safety and quality standards while providing thorough assessments, administering medications, and closely monitoring status changes. You will partner with physicians, therapists, and the interdisciplinary team to develop and adjust care plans, ensuring every patient receives the highest level of support.
In this position, you will not only manage acute care triage and prioritize interventions but also serve as a mentor, precepting new nurses to contribute to our culture of excellence. Your day will involve educating patients and families on diagnoses, treatments, and discharge plans, ensuring they feel empowered and informed throughout their recovery.

Certified Neuroscience Registered Nurse (CNRN) or similar neurological specialty certification. Prior acute care hospital neurology or step-down/ICU experience.
