Key Responsibilities
- check_circleFormulate and document nursing care plans including health teaching and discharge planning
- check_circleAdminister medications and treatments according to established procedures
- check_circleEvaluate nursing intervention effectiveness and revise care plans based on patient response
- check_circleRespond to Rapid Response and Code calls including resuscitation and documentation
- check_circleComplete patient assessments addressing physical, social, and psychological needs
- check_circlePerform proactive rounding in non-ICU areas to identify condition changes
- check_circleCollaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to meet patient needs
- check_circleCoordinate patient care, discharge planning, and family education
- check_circleDelegate tasks based on team member skill and patient acuity
- check_circleParticipate in problem solving and patient safety improvement programs
Requirements
- verifiedGraduate from Specialty Training Program-Nursing
- verifiedMinimum 3 years clinical bedside nursing experience
- verifiedAbility to float between pediatric units
