About the Role

As a Registered Nurse on the Acute Medical Care Unit, you will provide safe, age-appropriate patient care while functioning as an advisor and resource for patients and their families. Working as a vital member of the patient care team under the direction of the Nurse Manager, you will collaborate with clinical educators, coaches, and nursing leaders to elevate patient experiences.

This role offers a culture of collaboration with resources like unit-based practice councils and advanced clinical education support. You will work at the top of your license, contributing to a system that values bold ideas and community-centered care while helping to improve workflow efficiency and patient outcomes.
