About the Opportunity
Join the Special Float Pool at Memorial Hospital Belleville and Memorial Hospital Shiloh, both part of BJC HealthCare. This role offers a dynamic care environment where flexibility and clinical variety converge. It is an ideal opportunity for experienced Registered Nurses looking to expand their clinical skills across Intensive Care Units (ICU), the Emergency Department (ED), and Medical Telemetry. You will work within two Magnet-recognized hospitals, providing care across both campuses to support diverse patient populations and contribute to exceptional outcomes through clinical excellence, adaptability, and teamwork.
This float pool position allows you to strengthen your expertise across multiple specialties while maintaining schedule flexibility and accessing professional growth resources.
Role Highlights
- Experience Required: Minimum of two (2) years of acute care experience.
- Schedule: Night shift consisting of three (3) 12-hour shifts, working from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM.
- Availability: Must be available for every third weekend and rotating holidays.
- Float Pool Duties: Support multiple inpatient units across both locations.
- Compensation: Receive a float differential of $10–$15 per hour, in addition to standard shift differentials.
- Campus Mobility: Float between the Belleville and Shiloh campuses.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree.
- Two or more years of experience in ICU and/or Emergency Department settings.
