Centennial Heart is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver specialized cardiovascular care to patients across the continuum, from initial assessment to advanced treatment support. In this role, you will monitor cardiac status, assist with diagnostic procedures, administer medications, and collaborate closely with cardiologists and cardiovascular technicians. You will educate patients and families on heart health and recovery, while upholding our culture of compassionate care, specialized expertise, and medical excellence. This position offers ongoing professional growth, including training in advanced cardiovascular procedures and technologies, within a collaborative heart-care environment.
