We are seeking a Registered Nurse to support patient care across multiple departments within our Healthcare & Medical Services division. This role is designed to provide direct clinical care while ensuring continuity of care for the communities we serve. You will act as a vital link between patients and the broader healthcare ecosystem, coordinating inter-departmental referrals and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
In this position, you will be instrumental in delivering comprehensive nursing care, from conducting patient assessments and administering medication to developing care plans and providing health education to patients and their families. Your work will directly impact the health and stability of our community, allowing you to grow professionally while making a tangible difference in people's lives.
