About the Role
We are seeking dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) across multiple Connecticut locations who are passionate about delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. In this role, you will be trusted to lead, collaborate, and make meaningful decisions through a model grounded in autonomy, accountability, and professional governance. The patient always comes first; you will coordinate care plans that are culturally sensitive and personalized, ensuring a seamless experience for every individual.
From day one, you are encouraged to grow professionally through structured clinical advancement programs and support for specialty certifications. Whether working day, night, or evening shifts on a full-time, part-time, or PRN basis, you will contribute to ongoing quality improvement initiatives while demonstrating ethical, inclusive, and evidence-based nursing practices.
Hiring Process
Qualified candidates with current Connecticut RN licensure and graduation from an accredited nursing program (BSN preferred) are invited to apply. BCLS certification is required or must be obtained within one month of hire.
