About the Role
Encompass Health seeks a Registered Nurse to deliver specialized nursing care in our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. In this role, you will assess patients, develop and implement individualized care plans, administer medications and treatments, and closely monitor progress toward rehabilitation goals. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, educate patients and families, and uphold high standards of safety and quality.
