- check_circleDeliver comprehensive nursing care to rehabilitation patients following physician and therapy plans
- check_circleAssess, monitor, and document patient status, progress, and responses to treatment
- check_circleAdminister medications, treatments, and IV therapies safely and accurately
- check_circleCollaborate with interdisciplinary rehab teams to develop and update care plans
- check_circleEducate patients and families on recovery, self-care, and discharge instructions
- check_circleEnsure compliance with infection control, safety, and quality standards
- check_circleManage wound care and perform telemetry and vital sign monitoring
Requirements
