Your day will involve partnering with physicians, advanced practice providers, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to advocate for patient needs. You will navigate urgent and emergent situations with precision, ensuring culturally sensitive care while maintaining a clean and safe clinical environment. Beyond clinical duties, you will have the opportunity to engage in quality improvement initiatives and mentor new nurses or nursing students, contributing to the next generation of healthcare leaders.
