Key Responsibilities

- check_circleCollaborate with a multidisciplinary team to assess patient needs and modify care

- check_circleMaintain accurate patient records and participate in quality assurance activities
- check_circleEnsure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety protocols
- check_circleEducate patients and families on illness prevention and post-discharge health management
Requirements
- verifiedCurrent Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
- verifiedBasic Life Support (BLS) Certification
- verifiedAdvanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred
- verifiedProficient in using electronic health record systems
