About the Role
As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) at Accel Therapies, you will be the reason a child says their first word or makes a new friend. You will deliver 1:1 therapy sessions using the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), focusing on teaching real-world, meaningful skills that last a lifetime. Whether it's learning to brush their teeth, play with peers, or communicate needs, you will be there for the journey.
Your day will involve getting in there and playing with the children while collecting data on every goal using our seamless tech tools. You will collaborate closely with experienced Program Supervisors and BCBAs who are dedicated to supporting your success. This is a center-based position located in Council Bluffs, Iowa, requiring full-time availability from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
