The Role

As an Owner-Operator with Exxact Transport, you will run exclusively in the Southeast region, covering Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Alabama, Louisiana, and Texas (Dallas & Houston). This role is designed for drivers who value autonomy; there is no forced dispatch, allowing you to maintain control over your schedule.

You will primarily haul 53' Dry Vans with a high volume of drop-and-hook operations (85%) and no-touch freight (90%), eliminating trailer rental fees. The position offers the flexibility to design your own home time, with weekly home time available. Drivers are equipped with a fuel card offering a .32 cent per gallon discount, along with provided IFTA and IRP tags.

Hiring Process

We offer a paid orientation to get you started. To apply, candidates must meet specific safety and experience criteria, including holding a current Class A CDL, being at least 23 years old, and having verifiable experience with 53ft trailers in the last three years. Additional requirements include maintaining a clean driving record regarding accidents, moving violations, and DUI/DWI charges, as well as having a sleeper tractor capable of passing DOT inspections.
