About the Role

This position is designed for drivers who want to operate exclusively in the Southeast region, covering Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Alabama, Louisiana, and Texas (Dallas & Houston). You will drive 53' Dry Vans exclusively, with no trailer rental fees to worry about. The route is optimized for efficiency, featuring 85% drop-and-hook operations and 90% no-touch freight, ensuring you spend more time on the road and less time waiting at docks.

We pride ourselves on a non-force dispatch model, giving you the autonomy to manage your own time. Home time is flexible and can be designed to your preferences, with weekly home time available. You will be working with contract customer freight, ensuring a steady stream of loads.

Compensation & Perks

Drivers can expect a gross annual income of $260,000, with weekly gross earnings ranging from $4800 to $6000+. Pay is distributed every Friday. Your compensation includes 70% gross line haul and 100% fuel surcharge. We provide a fuel card offering a .32 cent per gallon discount. Additionally, we offer free auto liability and cargo insurance, IFTA support, and an available IRP tag. A standard deduction of only $160/week applies, and paid orientation is provided to get you started.

Hiring Process

To join our team, you must meet specific safety and experience criteria. We require a current Class A CDL and drivers must be at least 23 years old. You must have one year of verifiable experience with a 53ft trailer within the last three years. Our safety standards include a history of no more than three jobs in the last 12 months, no more than two preventable accidents in the past three years, and no preventable roll-over or rear-end crashes within the last two years. Driving records must show no more than two moving violations in the last 12 months (or three in 36 months), and no DUI/DWI charges in the last five years. We do not accept drivers in the SAP Program, and your sleeper tractor must be able to pass a DOT inspection.
