About the Role

This position offers a dedicated opportunity to run the Southeast region, covering Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Alabama, Louisiana, Texas (Dallas & Houston), and Texas (Houston). You will operate exclusively in 53' Dry Vans with no trailer rental fees. The route is designed for efficiency, featuring 85% drop-and-hook loads and 90% no-touch freight. We do not utilize force dispatch, allowing you to maintain control over your schedule.

Compensation & Perks

Drivers can expect a gross annual income of $260,000, with weekly gross earnings ranging from $4,800 to $6,000+. This includes 70% gross line haul and 100% fuel surcharge. Paydays occur every Friday. We provide a fuel card offering a .32 cent per gallon discount and offer free auto liability and cargo insurance. Additionally, IFTA and IRP tags are provided, with a standard deduction of only $160 per week.

Hiring Process

Interested candidates must meet specific safety and experience criteria, including a current Class A CDL, a minimum age of 23, and verifiable experience with 53ft trailers in the last three years. We also require a clean driving record regarding accidents, moving violations, and DUI/DWI charges. Qualified applicants will undergo a paid orientation process to begin their journey with Exxact Transport.
