About the Role

UACL Logistics is seeking experienced CDL-A Owner Operator Drivers across the United States. As a contractor within our network, you will have access to a robust agent base, consistent freight opportunities, and top-tier operational support. This role is ideal for business-minded drivers seeking higher earnings potential and the flexibility of running their own operation while focusing on what they do best—delivering freight safely and on time.

What We Offer

We provide a supportive environment designed to maximize your profitability and work-life balance. Our network offers runs to Texas, Arkansas, and Louisiana, with options for daily, every-other-day, or weekend home time. Drivers can expect between 400-3,000 miles per week on both van and flatbed work.

To help you get started, we are currently offering a $5,000 sign-on bonus and free trailer rent for the first six months. Additional support includes 24-hour operations assistance, 24/7 road service, and discounts on hotels and cell phone plans. We also facilitate the rental of trailers, insurance, and plates to streamline your operations.

Hiring Process

Interested candidates must be at least 21 years old, hold a valid Class A CDL, and possess a minimum of 6 months of experience. The application process includes an online orientation to familiarize you with our systems and network before you begin driving.
