We maintain a fleet of new Kenworth and Peterbilt trucks, including T880s and W990s equipped with Cummins power engines, updated annually to support our drivers.
About the Role
As a Company Driver, you will primarily haul building products on regional or OTR lanes. The role is designed for efficiency and comfort: 60% of loads are preloaded and 45% are pre-tarped, eliminating the need for slip seats. Our trailer-to-truck ratio exceeds 2-to-1, ensuring drivers spend less time waiting for loads and more time on the road. We support a high-performance driving environment with 1800W inverters and a starting cruise speed of 68 mph (potentially up to 75 mph). This position involves no Canada routes and no hazmat materials.
Hiring Process
To join our team, candidates must meet specific criteria, including a minimum age of 21, a valid CDL-A license and physical, and at least 12 months of driving experience. Applicants must pass an agility test demonstrating the ability to lift and carry 100 lb. tarps and climb, as well as a urine drug screen. We require a solid work history and a clean driving record for the past five years, with no DUI/DW, reckless driving, careless driving, or alcohol/drug convictions.
