With a trailer-to-truck ratio of over 2-to-1, we minimize waiting times, allowing drivers to spend more time on the road delivering loads. Our top-notch mechanics ensure these vehicles remain in top running order.
About the Role
As a Company Driver, you will primarily haul building products on regional or OTR lanes. The role is designed for efficiency and comfort: 60% of loads are preloaded and 45% are pretarped, with no hazmat or Canadian routes involved. Drivers benefit from a modern fleet featuring 1800W inverters and a policy of not slipping seats. We encourage a steady pace with a starting cruise speed of 68 mph, potentially reaching 75 mph.
Hiring Process
To join our team, candidates must meet specific criteria, including being at least 21 years old with a valid CDL-A license and physical. Applicants must have a solid work history, at least 12 months of experience, and pass an agility test capable of lifting or carrying 100 lb. tarps and climbing. A urine drug screen is required, and candidates must have no DUI/DW, reckless driving, or drug convictions in the past five years.
