Our operational model prioritizes driver efficiency with a trailer-to-truck ratio of over 2-to-1, minimizing wait times for loads. A team of knowledgeable mechanics ensures our equipment remains in top running order. We specialize in regional and OTR lanes featuring 60% preloaded and 45% pre-tarped loads, with no hazmat or Canadian routes involved.
About the Role
As a Company Driver, you will operate a new truck on dedicated home time schedules. The role involves hauling building products with a focus on safety and comfort, utilizing modern equipment that includes 1800W inverters and a no-slip seat configuration. Drivers can expect a cruise speed starting at 68 mph, potentially reaching 75 mph.
Hiring Process
To join our team, candidates must meet specific criteria including a minimum age of 21, a valid CDL-A license and physical, and at least 12 months of driving experience. Applicants must pass an agility test capable of lifting and carrying 100 lb. tarps and climbing, as well as a urine drug screen. A solid work history is required, with no DUI/DW, reckless driving, or alcohol/drug convictions in the past five years.
