About the Role
As a Company Driver, you will primarily haul building products on regional or OTR lanes. The role is designed for efficiency and comfort: 60% of loads are preloaded and 45% are pretarped, eliminating the need for slip seats. Drivers operate in a modern environment featuring 1800W inverters and a starting cruise speed of 68 mph (potentially up to 75 mph). This position focuses on dedicated home time with no hazmat or Canadian routes.
Hiring Process
Interested candidates must meet specific criteria, including holding a valid CDL-A license and physical, being at least 21 years old, and possessing a solid work history with at least 12 months of experience. Applicants must pass an agility test (lifting/carrying 100 lb. tarps and climbing) and a urine drug screen. A clean driving record for the past five years is required, with no DUI/DW, reckless driving, or alcohol/drug convictions.
