About the Role
As a Company Driver, you will primarily haul building products on regional or OTR lanes. We focus on efficiency and driver well-being: 60% of loads are preloaded and 45% are pre-tarped, meaning you spend less time waiting for loads and more time delivering them. Our fleet consists of new Kenworth and Peterbilt trucks (T880s and W990s) equipped with Cummins power engines, featuring a trailer-to-truck ratio of over 2-to-1. We do not utilize slip seats, and our trucks are equipped with 1800W inverters and a free rider program.
Hiring Process
To join our team, candidates must meet specific criteria, including holding a CDL-A license and physical, having at least 12 months of experience, and passing an agility test (lifting/carrying 100 lb. tarps and climbing). Applicants must also pass a urine drug screen and have a solid work history with no DUI/DW, reckless driving, or alcohol/drug convictions in the past five years.
