With a trailer-to-truck ratio of over 2-to-1, we ensure efficient operations for our drivers.
About the Role
As a Company Driver, you will primarily haul building products on regional or OTR lanes. This role is designed for drivers who value consistency and comfort: 60% of loads are preloaded and 45% are pre-tarped, eliminating the need to slip seat. You will operate new equipment with 1800W inverters and enjoy a cruise speed starting at 68 mph. We do not haul to Canada or handle hazmat, allowing you to focus on dedicated home time and reliable weekly pay.
Hiring Process
To join our team, candidates must meet specific criteria, including holding a CDL-A license and physical, having at least 12 months of experience, and passing a urine drug screen. Applicants must also pass an agility test demonstrating the ability to lift and carry 100 lb. tarps and climb. A solid work history is required, with no DUI/DW, reckless driving, or alcohol/drug convictions in the past five years. If you are a veteran, our program is GI Bill approved.
