At Keim TS, our mission is to deliver America's dreams by hauling building products across the country. We prioritize keeping our drivers safe and comfortable, ensuring a smooth and efficient journey from start to finish.
As a Company Driver, you will primarily haul building products on regional or OTR lanes. Our operation is designed to maximize your time on the road: 60% of loads are preloaded and 45% are pre-tarped, meaning you spend less time waiting for loads and more time delivering them. We maintain a trailer-to-truck ratio of over 2-to-1 to further reduce downtime.
You will drive brand-new Kenworth and Peterbilt trucks (T880s and W990s) equipped with Cummins power engines. Our top-notch mechanics keep these vehicles in top running order. The role features dedicated home time, paid weekly, and a starting cruise speed of 68 mph (potentially up to 75 mph). We do not utilize slip seats, and our trucks are equipped with 1800W inverters and a free rider program. Please note that this role does not involve Canada or hazardous materials.
To join our team, candidates must meet specific criteria, including being at least 21 years old with a valid CDL-A license and physical. Applicants must have a solid work history and at least 12 months of experience. The process includes passing an agility test (lifting/carrying 100 lb. tarps and climbing) and a urine drug screen. Additionally, candidates must have no DUI/DW, reckless driving, or alcohol/drug convictions in the past five years.
We are committed to building a diverse workforce. Veterans are encouraged to apply, as our program is GI Bill approved.
