About the Role

As a Company Driver, you will primarily haul building products on regional or OTR lanes. This role is designed for drivers who value consistency and modern equipment; 60% of loads are preloaded and 45% are pre-tarped, eliminating the need for slip seats. You will operate in an environment that prioritizes efficiency, with a starting cruise speed of 68 mph (potentially up to 75 mph) and 1800W inverters for added comfort. The position involves no hazmat and no travel to Canada.

Hiring Process

To join our team, candidates must meet specific criteria, including being at least 21 years old with a valid CDL-A license and physical. Applicants must have a solid work history, at least 12 months of experience, and pass an agility test capable of lifting or carrying 100 lb. tarps and climbing. A urine drug screen is required, and candidates must have no DUI/DW, reckless driving, or alcohol/drug convictions in the past five years. Veterans are encouraged to apply, as the program is GI Bill approved.
