With a trailer-to-truck ratio of over 2-to-1, we ensure efficient operations for our drivers.
About the Role
As a Company Driver, you will primarily haul building products on regional or OTR lanes. The role is designed for comfort and efficiency: 60% of loads are preloaded and 45% are pretarped, with no hazmat and no trips to Canada. We do not use slip seats, and our trucks feature 1800W inverters and a starting cruise speed of 68 mph (potentially up to 75 mph). You will have access to a free rider program and enjoy dedicated home time.
Hiring Process
Interested candidates must meet specific criteria, including being at least 21 years old with a valid CDL-A license and physical. Applicants must have a solid work history, pass an agility test (lifting/carrying 100 lb. tarps and climbing), and pass a urine drug screen. A clean driving record for the past five years is required, with no DUI/DW, reckless driving, or alcohol/drug convictions. Veterans are encouraged to apply, as the program is GI Bill approved.
