We specialize in flatbed and stepdeck trailers, hauling an assortment of specialized freight across the United States. Our dispatch team works to keep you in preferred lanes and ensure you get consistent home time.

Compensation & Benefits
Drivers earn 28% of line haul for solos with an average pay per mile of $0.62 CPM. Compensation is paid weekly via direct deposit. We provide a $3,000 Sign On Bonus paid out over 90 days, plus a $500 paid orientation week.
Our benefits package includes Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance starting after just 30 days, along with Long Term and Short Term Disability coverage. We also offer Voluntary and company-paid Life Insurance, a 401(k) with company match, and Paid Time Off.
Hiring Process
To qualify with Baggett Transportation, candidates must meet specific criteria regarding age, driving experience, and licensing history. Applicants must be at least 25 years old with one year of over-the-road driving experience in the last five years and must pass a DOT physical. We maintain strict standards regarding traffic violations, accidents, and drug or alcohol testing history. Team drivers may also be subject to Secret Clearance requirements.
