Drivers have access to modern equipment, including ElitePass-equipped trucks and Transflo for streamlined paperwork. We also offer a Rider Program and welcome pets on the road.
Hiring Process & Application
To qualify with Baggett Transportation, candidates must meet specific criteria regarding age, driving experience, and safety records. We offer a paid orientation week worth $500 to help new drivers get settled. Additionally, we provide a $3,000 Sign-On Bonus, paid out over 90 days, to welcome you to the team.
