The Role

As a CDL A Flatbed Driver, you will operate our fleet to transport specialized loads nationwide. Whether driving solo or as part of a team, you will utilize modern equipment equipped with ElitePass and Transflo for streamlined paperwork. We offer a supportive environment that welcomes riders and pets, with a Lease Purchase option available after six months for those who meet the criteria.

Hiring Process

To qualify with Baggett Transportation, candidates must meet specific criteria regarding age, driving experience, and safety records. Applicants must be at least 25 years old with one year of over-the-road driving experience in the last five years and must pass a DOT physical. We maintain strict standards regarding traffic violations, accidents, and drug or alcohol testing history. Team drivers may also be subject to additional Secret Clearance requirements, including U.S. citizenship and background checks.
