With over 90 years of proven success as North Carolina's largest private trucking company, EPES delivers the stability and support drivers can rely on—mile after mile. We are dedicated to providing a work environment where experienced CDL-A drivers can thrive on regional routes that keep them moving while ensuring they get home on a schedule they can count on.
This position is designed for drivers seeking consistent freight, competitive pay, and a better work-life balance. As an EPES Regional Driver, you will operate late-model equipment featuring inverters and idle solutions, handling 99% no-touch customer freight with a 75% drop-and-hook rate. The role emphasizes stability, offering assigned driver managers and 24/7 support to ensure you are never alone on the road.
We understand that life happens off the road, which is why we offer home parking for drivers living outside a 30-mile radius of a terminal. Our consistent routes are built to help you plan your time rather than guess at it, allowing you to enjoy home weekends or nearly every weekend.
If you are an experienced driver ready for steady regional miles and strong pay, EPES is ready when you are. We offer a paid 2-day orientation to get you started. To apply, please submit your valid CDL-A and proof of your verifiable experience (1 year within the last 3 years or 2 years within the last 5 years) along with a stable work history.
