About the Role

Reporting into a US Oncology Divisional General Manager, Commercial, the Regional Business Director, Oncology assumes the commercial leadership role for assigned key accounts. This position provides overall account leadership, including developing and executing account plans, as well as coaching cross-functional team members. In this capacity, the role assumes responsibility for key customers and manages each as a business on behalf of US Hematology Oncology.

Working in partnership with Value & Access (V&A), Oncology Operations & Analytics (OOA), Marketing, Patient Support Services (PSS), and Medical, this role holds responsibility for building a strategic account plan for assigned accounts. The director organizes and deploys appropriate resources within Sanofi to drive value co-creation with customers and meet or exceed revenue targets. In partnership with matrix partners, the role identifies and qualifies opportunities within accounts, developing and driving growth strategies, team-to-team alignment, and executive relationships. The director leads strategy sessions with account teams to facilitate the co-creation of customer value and ensure ongoing internal alignment and account growth.

Additionally, this role leads a team of Area Business Managers, ensuring strong field execution and ongoing professional development. Functioning as a player/coach, the director serves as the central focal point for commercial communications regarding account planning, strategy, collaboration, resource allocation, and customer engagement.
