About the Role
We are seeking a Regional Procurement Manager to join the team during a period of unprecedented growth. This position oversees the Mountain West Region, with the office located in either Metro Portland, OR or Metro Phoenix, AZ (preferred). Reporting to the Director of Procurement, Materials, the Regional Procurement Manager is responsible for ensuring the effective overall management of material contract execution across multiple projects within the assigned region.
The role supports project teams with procurement execution and interfaces with project teams and operational leadership, ensuring strict compliance with company and contractual obligations. The successful candidate will act as a change agent, implementing continuous improvement initiatives and process standardization frameworks while managing cross-divisional teams to pursue cost savings opportunities.

Requirements
- verifiedMinimum 7 years’ professional experience in procurement, contract management, project management or related role
- verifiedBachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Supply Management or related field, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
- verifiedMinimum 2 years’ supervisory experience
- verifiedThorough knowledge of electrical equipment and construction materials
- verifiedWorking knowledge of procurement techniques, procedures, policies, and accounting
- verifiedProficient in using a computer and Microsoft Office; Oracle preferred
- verifiedAbility to travel 25% - 30%
