About the Role
As a Flatbed CDL Driver, you will operate our modern fleet across regional, local, dedicated, and over-the-road (OTR) routes throughout the western region of America. You will be responsible for transporting essential materials that support infrastructure and industry. This role is designed for experienced drivers who value safety and reliability.
Your day-to-day involves driving meticulously maintained flatbed trucks equipped with cutting-edge safety technologies, such as lane departure warnings, forward collision systems, and satellite communication devices. You will also be responsible for securing loads, which includes tarping approximately 70% of our shipments. To ensure safety and efficiency, System Transport maintains a rigorous maintenance schedule where trucks are never dispatched until they are 100% ready for the road.

We understand that changing jobs is difficult, which is why we offer a $1,800 Transition Package. This includes $1,000 allocated for orientation during your first two weeks, allowing you to focus on driving while we handle the rest of your onboarding.
