About the Role

We are hiring experienced CDL-A flatbed truck drivers for all routes across the western region of America. As a driver, you will transport important goods and materials such as glass, steel, aluminum, building materials, machinery, coils, and specialty metals. We offer regional, local, dedicated, and OTR routes to fit your lifestyle.

Your safety is always paramount to us. When you drive for System Transport, you will drive the newest flatbed trucks equipped with cutting-edge technologies for your comfort and safety. Our modern trucks are meticulously maintained; every tractor features lane departure and forward collision warning systems, hard brake monitoring, and satellite communication devices. If a truck needs repairs, it will not go out until it is 100% ready to hit the road again safely.

The Driver Experience

Changing jobs is never easy, which is why our transition package invests in you. We offer a $1,800 Transition Package, with $1,000 allotted for orientation for your first two weeks so you can focus on driving while we take care of the rest.

We provide an award-winning driver portal app made for drivers by drivers. Through this tool, you can receive real-time updates and alerts, access your pay and current trip data, view messages and notifications, check available PTO, and contact support 24/7/365. Our road service staff and shops are available around the clock to ensure you are never stranded.

Regarding home time, System Transport offers many different route options. Home time varies by division, so speak with a recruiter to find the route that fits you best. Please note that while we do not allow pets, we do allow riders aged 7 and up after 90 days of safe driving.
