Regional Finance Manager

About the Role

Aramark is seeking a seasoned Regional Finance Manager to oversee and enhance financial operations within our healthcare and medical services division. As a key financial leader, you will be instrumental in guiding financial strategy, optimizing current processes, and ensuring the utmost compliance with industry financial regulations. This role exists to drive efficiency and profitability across several regions by providing top-tier financial analysis and strategic support to senior management.

In this position, you will collaborate closely with senior leadership and other managers to support operational and strategic decisions. Your day-to-day will involve developing and executing financial strategies across multiple healthcare facilities, managing budget planning and forecasting, and leading monthly, quarterly, and annual financial review meetings. You will also play a vital role in supervising, mentoring, and training regional finance personnel while implementing initiatives to save costs and enhance revenue.
