Clean Harbors is seeking a Regional Class A Tanker Driver to join our safety-conscious team in Linden, NJ. This position is designed for drivers who prioritize safety and are ready to take on a dynamic route that spans from Linden throughout the Northeast and into Canada. The role averages 60-65 hours per week, offering a unique opportunity to be part of a company where Health and Safety is the number one priority, lived out 365 days a year.
Drivers in this role operate tractor-trailer tanker units, ensuring the proper loading and unloading of both hazardous and non-hazardous waste. You will be responsible for adhering to strict weight regulations, securing loads, and maintaining full compliance with Company and Department of Transportation (DOT) placarding requirements. Beyond the road, you will manage daily logs, time sheets, expense reports, dispatch communications, trip reports, and vehicle inspection reports.
