Job Overview
Epes Transport Systems, Inc. is seeking experienced Regional Company Truck Drivers to join our team. We offer competitive compensation, regular home time, and a comprehensive benefits package. Drivers can earn between $63,000 and $90,000 annually, depending on experience.
Compensation and Pay Structure
- Annual Earnings: $63,000 - $90,000 based on experience.
- Pay Rate: New pay increase to $0.60 CPM.
- Guaranteed Pay: Weekly guaranteed pay.
- Productivity Bonus: Additional bonuses available based on performance.
Home Time and Schedule
- Home Time: Weekly home time, with most weekends off depending on location.
- Freight Type: 99% customer freight.
- Load Handling: 75% no-touch/drop & hook freight.
Equipment and Facilities
- Trucks: Drive modern Freightliner Cascadia equipment.
- Take-Home Policy: Eligible drivers may take their equipment home.
- Orientation: 2 days of paid orientation at $160 per day.
