Key Responsibilities
- check_circleRecruit, train, and supervise clinic staff to foster professional development
- check_circleProvide direct supervision to Regional Clinic Leaders, Audiologists, and Hearing Instrument Specialists
- check_circleImplement and monitor patient care standards to ensure high-quality hearing care services
- check_circleConduct clinical skills and standards audits to identify gaps and drive corrective action
- check_circleEnsure all clinics adhere to hearing care regulations, policies, and accreditation standards
- check_circleMonitor patient satisfaction metrics and implement service enhancements to improve experience
- check_circleAnalyze P&L data and monitor business expenses to drive financial performance
- check_circleExecute company initiatives at regional and clinic levels to ensure operational excellence
- check_circleMaintain clinical presence to provide coverage and ensure continuity of care
- check_circlePartner with internal and external stakeholders to promote clinic services and address concerns
- check_circleAnalyze performance data and KPIs to generate reports and implement operational improvements
Requirements
- verifiedHigh School degree or equivalent
- verifiedLicensed Audiologist or Hearing Instrument Specialist preferred
- verifiedObtain a licensure to dispense hearing aids within 24 months
- verified4-year degree or equivalent preferred
- verifiedExperienced hearing care professional preferred
- verifiedSales and business operations experience
- verifiedWorking knowledge of hearing testing and diagnostic equipment
- verifiedProficiency with standard office technology and software systems
Nice to Have
Licensed Audiologist or Hearing Instrument Specialist. 4-year degree or equivalent. Experience as an experienced hearing care professional (Audiologist or Hearing Instrument Specialist). Experience managing multi-unit businesses.
