The Role
As a Dedicated Regional CDL-A Truck Driver, you will join a fleet dedicated to efficiency and safety. You will be operating dry van freight, which features no-touch loads and drop-and-hook capabilities, allowing you to focus on the road. Our trucks are driven at a consistent 68 MPH and are equipped with the latest Kenworth, Freightliner, and International tractors. We maintain a rigorous maintenance schedule, purchasing new vehicles and keeping them under warranty to ensure maximum uptime so you can keep rolling.
You will operate across a 48-state area, enjoying the stability of scheduled annual wage increases and the convenience of home weekly. The role is designed for drivers who value a safety-first attitude and a proven driving record, offering a supportive environment with coast-to-coast terminal facilities that include free showers and laundry.
Hiring Process
To join our team, candidates must possess a valid Class A CDL and at least 6 months of verifiable tractor-trailer driving experience within the last year. Applicants must be at least 21 years of age. The onboarding process begins with paid orientation and training to ensure you are fully prepared for the road. Once hired, you will be part of a culture that values your safety and professional growth, supported by shops across the country ready to service your truck whenever needed.
