Day in the Life

As a Stocker or Receiver, your primary focus will be on the logistical side of store operations. You will be responsible for unloading freight and organizing warehouse inventory. A significant part of the role involves stocking shelves and building merchandise displays to ensure the store looks its best. You will also assist with inventory counts to maintain accurate stock levels.

Customer interaction is a key component of this role. You will help customers load heavy merchandise, such as feed or equipment, ensuring they have a positive shopping experience. Additionally, you will be expected to maintain a clean and organized store and stockroom, contributing to a safe and efficient work environment.

Overnight Stocking Opportunities

For those interested in overnight shifts, the role focuses specifically on stocking, organizing inventory, and preparing the store for the next day. This shift provides a unique opportunity to work in a quieter environment and ensure the store is fully ready for morning operations. Overnight shifts may include an additional pay differential depending on the location.
